Hot and Sour Fish Soup Flavour

haha. That is the name of the potato chips that I am eating. I could have bought the squid flavoured ones but when I saw 'hot and sour fish soup flavour' I could not say no. They also have the usual ones like Canada but there are so many different flavours and tastes here that I need to try them all. These taste like BBQ chips. But a small fish taste. Very good. Maybe I will eat them again. Here, potato chips are about 30 cents for a bag.

I cannot believe that I will be home in less than 10 weeks. It has been more than 2 years since I have been there to live. I was there for three months last year but now I am moving home to live. So different. China is a nice country. Very confusing sometimes and very frustrating sometimes but still a beautiful country. Will I come back? I don't know. I have met nice people. I get angry sometimes because it is so different from Canada. But then I realise that I am in their country and I take a deep breath and I am glad that I am here.

The food is good. Maybe I will be able to cook a little Chinese food when I go home. It is not like the food in a Chinese restaurant at home. Very different. I have asked some friends to teach me about some Chinese dishes so that I can cook them at home. Maybe.
